1. Acceptance of terms
By using dealqc.com, you agree to these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
2. Nature of the service
DealQC is a deal comparison site that aggregates, verifies, and scores discounts from third-party merchants (Amazon.ca, Walmart.ca, Best Buy Canada). DealQC does not sell any product directly: every purchase is made on the merchant's site, under its own terms of sale.
3. Price accuracy
Prices shown on DealQC are periodically verified but may differ from the actual price at time of purchase due to synchronization delays. The applicable final price is always the one shown on the merchant's site at the time of transaction.
4. Affiliate link disclosure
DealQC contains affiliate links (including Amazon Associates and Impact.com). We earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links, at no additional cost to you. This compensation never influences a product's trust score.
5. User accounts
Creating an account is optional and only used to enable personalized price alerts. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
6. Limitation of liability
DealQC provides information "as is," without guarantee of absolute accuracy. DealQC is not responsible for disputes relating to a transaction made with a third-party merchant.
7. Intellectual property
DealQC's original content (scores, analysis, layout) is protected by copyright. Product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Questions: contact@dealqc.com.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
